I am really into baking at the minute.....can't get enough if it. This is my first attempt of making a carrot cake loaf. Really wasn't sure about the cream cheese frosting.....but pretty tasty with a pinch or two of cinnamon.

My speciality coffee and walnut cake. Loveeee this.....made it for my neighbour....hope they enjoy it :)
After making coffee and walnut cake I alway have way too much butter icing left over....nothing better than making some little cupcakes :)......yum yum. With chocolate sprinkles.
